Returns & Exchanges

At SoSo Swim, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your swimwear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact. Please note that for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on pieces that show signs of wear or missing protective seals.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn swimwear back into its original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all tags and hygiene stickers are securely attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
